Job Summary
Manage leasing and advertising efforts for the community while delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospective customers. Meet weekly revenue goals by presenting the community through tours, monitoring daily advertisements, and managing the lead lifecycle from first contact to renewal. Execute outreach marketing campaigns, conduct competitor surveys, and ensure all information aligns with Fair Housing laws. Maintain first-class property curb appeal through merchandising and complete assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
