Customer Support Specialist - PT

Maintain consumer records by compiling, checking, and transporting documents while ensuring compliance with HIPAA confidentiality rules. Answer inquiries regarding policies and procedures, assist the public and staff in filling out forms, and file or maintain supplies, forms, and records. Perform data entry and retrieval, deliver or receive mail and equipment, and check quantities and quality. Make arrangements for repairs and services as assigned. Requires good typing and spelling skills, some medical records experience, and bookkeeping skills preferred. Must be at least 18 years old with a Texas driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years. Capable of bending, stooping, lifting 25 lbs, and sitting for extended periods.
