Customer Support Specialist (Polish speaking)

Job Summary
Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner. Identify customer needs and help them use specific features. Update internal databases with information about technical issues and discussions with customers. Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. Contribute to continuously improving supplier support processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness. Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of supplier inquiries and issues, including order processing, payment processing, and inventory management. Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, providing timely updates and solutions to their concerns. The role requires fluent Polish (native/near-native) and proficient English, with experience in customer support in a startup environment; location is Vilnius with remote work available up to 30 days per year.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Polish (native/near-native) in speech and in writing
- Proficient English in speech and in writing
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach
- Open mind and ability to quickly adapt
- Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage
