Job Summary
PitchBook’s Customer Support Specialist Tier 1 provides direct customer support via phone, email, and chat to existing PitchBook clients. You will troubleshoot customer issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and work collaboratively with global teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. The role emphasizes responding to inquiries, achieving quality goals, and contributing to product improvements, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operating within required business hours in an in-office environment in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
