Job Summary
Senior Turnkey Customer Support & Operations Specialist to manage a high-volume, omnichannel support workflow (email, chat, SMS) with a plan to transition to 40-60 daily voice calls within 1-4 weeks. Own the primary support inbox, maintain a disciplined workflow, and operate across platforms including Shopify Inbox and VanChat, while resolving order exceptions, returns, refunds, and chargebacks. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in fast-paced e-commerce support, experience supporting US/Australia/UK markets, proficiency with Shopify, Zendesk/Freshdesk, Gmail, and strong English communication. Remote-friendly role with a focus on sustaining top-tier customer experience for a USA-made gun parts and tactical equipment brand; NDA required prior to system access. Growth potential to expand into higher-level sales and operational support. Soft skills include high agency, empathy, resilience, and a growth mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hardcore, fast-paced e-commerce customer service experience
- Experience supporting first-world markets (US, Australia, UK)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Shopify Inbox
- Gmail or email suite proficiency
- Flawless English communication (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
- Comfort with firearms-related or gun-tools domain knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to transition to high-volume voice support within 1-4 weeks
