Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist (Payroll - EBP) in Paris on-site 5 days/week. You will provide high-quality, multi-channel support to entrepreneurs and business owners using our payroll solution, investigate and resolve payroll-related cases, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Compliance, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions. Candidates should have hands-on payroll experience, familiarity with payroll software (EBP Open Line or similar), fluent French with professional English, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, clear communication, and teamwork in a dynamic fintech context.
Required Qualifications

- excellent command of French (written and spoken)
