Customer Support Specialist (Lithuanian and English speaking)

Job Summary
Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner; identify customer needs and help users navigate specific features; update internal databases with information about technical issues and discussions; share feature requests and effective workarounds with other team members; follow up to ensure issues are resolved; gather customer feedback for Product, Sales and Marketing teams. Proficiency in English and Lithuanian, ability to work full-time from Vilnius, familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools is advantageous, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Customer Support role
- Proficient spoken and written English & Lithuanian
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with help desk software and remote support tools (advantage)
- Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage (contextually not required for role, but noted as advantageous)
- Multitasking abilities
