Job Summary
Provide timely and effective assistance to English-speaking clients across chats, emails, and phone, resolving product or service concerns, analyzing customer data to inform recommendations, building rapport to foster long-term relationships, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Must communicate proficiently in English and Ukrainian; operate with strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and professional skills; have a capable laptop and reliable internet; and be prepared to support customers across Europe through multiple channels. The role emphasizes efficient issue resolution, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency speaking and writing in English and Ukrainian
- Computer literacy
- Able to identify ways of solving the problem and present the solution in a verbal and written manner
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Own a laptop (Windows with a minimum of 16Gb RAM Memory or Apple Mac 2015 model onwards.)
- Stable internet connection
