Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist I at S+S Industries seeks someone with at least 2 years in a similar role to enter and process orders, prepare invoices, and provide timely status updates and issue resolution. Responsibilities include order entry, invoicing, handling customer inquiries, maintaining documentation, multi-tasking, and working independently under manager guidance. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, customer-focused, detail-oriented, tech-savvy with basic office software, reliable with attendance, and capable of handling additional tasks. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; position located at the Navigation facility in East Downtown Houston, TX, with a Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm shift. Must pass drug screen and background check.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in an office environment
- excellent communication skills
