Job Summary
Respond to client inquiries regarding vacation needs, research accommodations, resorts, cruises, and activities, and help clients compare choices based on individual requests. Assist with coordinating services through approved booking resources, provide reservation confirmations and itinerary details, and support routine booking changes or special requests. Review reservation details for accuracy, maintain client notes and booking records, and follow up on pending information and deadlines. Participate in ongoing supplier and destination education. This role offers 100% remote work with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, training for beginners, and performance-based incentives.
