Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist (French Speaker) in Porto with hybrid work arrangement. Provide responsive support to existing customers via phone, email, ticket system, and chat; tailor solutions and prepare offers for prospects; demonstrate software solutions to address IT challenges; collaborate with the support team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Requires university-level economics or relevant vocational education, fluency in French and English, experience in customer-facing roles or sales, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Onsite onboarding at HQ, hybrid work options, competitive compensation and benefits, and a Work From Abroad program may be available.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in economics or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training
- Fluency in French and English mandatory; other languages a strong plus
- Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
- Some experience working with customers and/or in sales (e.g. internships)
- Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- High level of multi-tasking, open-mindedness, and stress resilience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
