Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French while handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic international environment. This role requires C2 French and B2 English proficiency, with a Monday-to-Saturday schedule from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Portuguese time), including Sundays and a rotational day off.
