Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker (Bouygues Telecom Project)

Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bouygues Telecom customers, welcoming them and providing personalized solutions regarding subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Advise clients on account matters while sharing the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture daily with your team. This on-site role in Porto requires native or strong C2 French proficiency and a positive attitude, with no prior experience needed as training is provided. The position offers a gross monthly salary of approximately 1,383€ including base and performance components, plus meal allowances and a performance bonus. Private medical insurance and public transportation reimbursement are included in the package.
