Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bouygues Telecom customers, providing personalized solutions for subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Welcome clients and advise on account matters while sharing the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture daily with your team. This on-site role in Porto requires native or strong C2 French proficiency and is open to candidates without prior experience, as training is provided. The position offers a gross monthly salary of approximately 1,383€, including a meal allowance and performance bonus, alongside private medical insurance and public transportation reimbursement.
