Receive incoming calls and digital inquiries from Bouygues Telecom customers, welcoming them and providing personalized solutions regarding subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Advise on service needs while sharing the vibrant Bouygues Telecom culture daily with your team in Porto. This on-site role requires native or strong C2 French proficiency and living within a 30km radius of the office. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided for this customer support position.
