Job Summary
Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone for a global Forex brokerage. Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, and account maintenance while troubleshooting MT4/MT5 platform queries. Manage and resolve customer issues through ticketing and helpdesk systems, escalating technical or compliance-related matters as needed. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems to ensure satisfaction and retention. Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic, Malaysian, or Indonesian) and 2–3 years of experience in FX/CFD trading support are required. Fully remote role with a salary of €22,000 – €28,000 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading or financial services
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian)
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
- Experience supporting KYC and client onboarding processes
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM integrations and workflows
- Exposure to affiliate/IB support functions
- Background in fintech or crypto customer service
- Additional languages (Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional)
