Job Summary
Provide email, phone, video meeting, and chat-based support for clients; create/edit/manage events per client requests; troubleshoot technical issues related to event setup, payments, seating configurations, and third-party integrations; interpret and communicate basic analytics to optimize event performance; QA event builds for technical accuracy before go-live; document bugs and feature requests for engineering; support embedding Brushfire widgets and checkout flows; participate in internal testing and provide customer-perspective feedback; offer on-site training and event check-in support; support Brushfire mobile apps; train new support team members; participate in weekend on-call rotation; maintain Adobe Photoshop for image resizing/editing; remote-first work environment with occasional travel; 100% remote company with proximity preference to Dallas–Fort Worth, TX.”,
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience in SaaS support
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience with Zendesk Support and/or HubSpot Service
- Competency with Adobe Illustrator
- Quiet and dedicated space to work at home during regular business hours
