Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist for Colliers Nederland, primary point of contact for customers handling calls about complaints, information requests, and inquiries related to real estate; supports Servicedesk by reporting outages and maintaining contact with maintenance parties and energy suppliers; asks targeted questions to identify the core issue, categorizes issues, tracks turnaround times, and communicates progress proactively with the reporter; requires Dutch and English language proficiency, strong communication, accuracy, and basic Office/ERP experience; hybrid work setup with office preference and 1–2 days home-based, starting at 08:30.
Required Qualifications
- Dutch language proficiency
- English language proficiency
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English
- Accurate and structured work approach
- Experience with Office and ERP systems is a plus
- Availability: at least 28 hours per week, with preference for 40 hours per week
- Hybrid work arrangement with preferred on-site at least part of the week
- Customer service mindset and proactive, solution-oriented attitude
