Job Summary
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person while providing accurate information on wellness services, grooming, and boarding. Maintain updated knowledge of organizational policies and assist with appointment bookings, check-ins, and service flow to ensure client satisfaction. Document queries, compile documents, and recommend plans or packages to pet parents while explaining complex concepts clearly. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best experience, build long-term relationships, and resolve issues under pressure. Participate in training opportunities and maintain multilingual proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi. Achieve daily and monthly targets within a fast-paced team environment at Cessna Lifeline Veterinary Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of Degree course or Higher Secondary School (Year 12 or equivalent)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Internet)
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the company's policies, procedures, goods and services
- Familiarity with customer-relationship management (CRM) software programs
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner to customers
- Multilinguistic proficiency (Kannada, Tamil and Hindi)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
- Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise
- Work under pressure
