Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate, handle inbound calls from existing customers, coordinate with B2B/B2C clients and fleet team to relay information, resolve issues quickly in line with operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Recent graduate from a top tier University in Greece or abroad will be a plus
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a call center
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders within a startup environment
  • Customer-first mindset and proven ability to commit to your work
  • Love for a varied day with a mix of communications, organization, and customer touchpoints
  • Can act independently, solve problems by yourself and enjoy going the extra mile to make sure our customers are served perfectly
  • Ideally, you are an automotive enthusiast!
