Job Summary
The Customer Support Specialist at Bitdeer will be the primary contact for customers, providing omnichannel support through Zendesk, WhatsApp, and Telegram. Key responsibilities include assisting with Tier 1 technical queries, accurately routing non-support matters, triaging complex issues for escalation, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Candidates must be available in Central Daylight Time (CDT) hours, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate effective communication skills. A tech-savvy background with experience in customer service is essential.
