Job Summary
Handle customer orders, provide product recommendations, and address pricing and shipping questions via phone, email, and chat. Become a product and solutions expert, building strong relationships with customers in an in-person, team-driven environment. Navigate Uline’s website and online ordering to assist customers, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required to effectively support a diverse customer base. Minimum training provided with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
