Job Summary
Bilingual English/French Customer Support Specialist on-site in Toronto area (full-time). Responsible for processing customer orders, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions, and building business relationships via phone, email, and chat. You’ll help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering, act as a product and solutions expert, and contribute to a collaborative, in-person team environment with training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
