Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist providing first-line support for merchants and partners with inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat. Responsible for resolving product/service issues, assisting with PCI/compliance processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality merchant support. Offers PCI questionnaire completion, PCI scans monitoring, and software/terminal training while maintaining accurate merchant data. Requires strong written and verbal communication, active listening, empathy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Role is hybrid (up to one remote day per week) with potential bilingual pay differential; education preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) and at least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services or customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a financial institution or customer service required
- Strong Communication Skills Required
