Job Summary
Assist customers by phone and email, process orders accurately, and answer questions regarding products, pricing, and availability. Help clients identify compatible products for specific vehicles, track and resolve issues, and escalate complex inquiries. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Marketing, and Product teams while maintaining customer data in the CRM. Meet service and response time goals to support continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports Labelmaster's specialized vehicle safety and compliance products in a hybrid Chicago environment, serving a stable, growing company committed to equal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience using CRM software
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent communication skills
