Manage the full sales pipeline from inbound customer inquiries to final delivery, preparing accurate quotations, invoices, and purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers and OEMs. Handle incoming phone calls and emails via Front and Open Phone, updating the CRM meticulously to track milestones and ensure zero friction in the fulfillment cycle. This full-time, exclusive role requires a detail-oriented professional based in the Philippines to bridge our diverse catalog of 5,000 SKUs with clients and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be located in the Philippines
- Real, verifiable B2B sales support or order fulfillment experience
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Ability to read inquiries thoroughly to understand the true context
- Avoidance of relying on copy-pasted or AI-generated shortcuts
