The role requires one year of healthcare or call center/customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic insurance terminology knowledge; CPT/ICD-10 coding is preferred. Travel is required less than 5% of the time. The position supports a flexible telecommute policy with a primary focus on remote work from Florida. Required Qualifications
