Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service primarily by telephone to PacificSource customers, interpreting benefits and policy provisions for PacificSource products, and researching/disputing claims to achieve prompt resolutions. Responsibilities include handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls, documenting interactions, staying up-to-date with resource information, and using multiple systems concurrently with critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The role requires one year of healthcare or call center/customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic insurance terminology knowledge; CPT/ICD-10 coding is preferred. Travel is required less than 5% of the time. The position supports a flexible telecommute policy with a primary focus on remote work from Florida. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One-year medical insurance or other healthcare-related field experience, call center or customer service experience required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
