Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling incoming interactions from customers and salons, providing agent assistance, maintaining social media, and performing additional administrative tasks to support Sun Tan City and Glow Brands. Requires excellent customer service, basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), strong communication, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multitask in a team-oriented call-center setting. On-the-job training offered; part-time schedule with advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Basic experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Experience in customer service and resolution of escalated issues is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
