Job Summary
Customer Support Representative needed to handle incoming customer and salon interactions, provide agent assistance, manage social media inquiries, and perform administrative duties to support Sun Tan City and Glow Brands locations. Responsibilities include delivering professional customer service, building relationships, making product/service recommendations, meeting minimum sales requirements, multitasking, maintaining the work area, collaborating within a fast-paced call-center environment, responding to social media inquiries within thresholds, completing departmental timelines, and handling all other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel a plus), effective communication, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team-driven, customer-focused setting. On-the-job training is provided, with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.
