Job Summary
Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; provide pre-sale support by assessing customer needs and guiding them toward the right product and processing orders; track orders, manage modifications and cancellations, and process returns and refunds; maintain a professional, empathetic attitude; resolve complaints escalated to a supervisor; apply in-depth product knowledge, troubleshoot technical or mechanical issues, educate customers on features and maintenance, manage warranty requests; coordinate with product, shipping, and sales to resolve issues; solicit and relay customer feedback to internal teams; develop new documentation and help center articles; experience in fast-paced D2C customer support and familiarity with EVs/electronics is preferred.
