Job Summary
Sr. Customer Service Representative for the DXC Annuities team handles customer inquiries via telephone and email, researches and answers questions regarding status updates, policy provisions of fixed and variable annuities, and processing delays; educates Financial Service Representatives on market requirements and contract provisions; efficiently processes transactions and tracks responses to ensure completion; strengthens customer relationships through strong communication, listening, and empathy to deliver exceptional service; expects proficiency with multiple electronic systems and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 90 days of hire
