Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative handles incoming interactions from customers and salons, provides agent assistance, maintains social media, and performs administrative tasks that support Sun Tan City and other Glow Brands locations. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, making product/service recommendations, maintaining social media inquiries within department timelines, and completing administrative duties accurately while working in a fast-paced team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Basic experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel is a plus.
- Must have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service and resolution of escalated issues a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change.
