Job Summary
Customer Support Representative for the Retail team responsible for managing passenger claims related to onboard purchases, handling incidents and inquiries regarding pre-order services, and coordinating across departments (Payments, Back Office, IT, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely resolution, refunds, product replacements, and loyalty points claims. Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork across functions, and fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Vocational Training or University degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in customer service or post-sales support roles.
- Previous experience and solid understanding of e-commerce management and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
