Job Summary
Provide exceptional and friendly customer service to a diverse customer base via email, phone, and online meetings. Learn software through formal and informal training to gain system expertise to best support customers. Work with the team to cover all shifts as needed. Field customer support requests via online support software and provide technical expertise in answering requests. Explain proper use of the software and its capabilities; troubleshoot challenges using systematic processes; conduct meetings with customers and teammates to enhance support and training; maintain professionalism and clear communication; continuously learn and adapt to evolving business needs. Proficiency with online meeting tools (Zoom, Teams) and a strong customer-service orientation are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in a Customer Support role
- Ability to present information clearly in writing and verbally
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for customer support
- Comfortable working in a remote telecommuting setup
- Ability to learn complex software systems through training and self-study
- Proficiency with online meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, or equivalent)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and active listening in customer interactions
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and manage time effectively
- Experience with QuickBooks, accounting, and inventory management software is preferred but not required
