Job Summary
Customer Support Representative based in the Leatherhead office, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, maintaining and updating records in the core system, logging interactions accurately, supporting the Design engineers with day-to-day activities to maintain SLA performance, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include taking ownership of service-related issues, assisting with regularly scheduled reports, and providing administrative support through the asset adoption process. Skills include working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), adaptability, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, excellent communication, experience checking documents for accuracy, and experience in KPI-driven environments.
