Customer Support Representative

Customer Support Representative role with remote work (Eastern time) in Canada for a 6-month temporary engagement. Duties include calling outbound to existing customers to drive repeat business, answering customer inquiries, collaborating with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives, ensuring processes are followed and deadlines met, and accurately managing customer information in internal data systems. The role requires strong communication skills and typically benefits from experience in a call center; bilingual English/Spanish is an asset and automotive-industry experience is a plus. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm, with a 40-hour workweek; compensation range is $19.35–$29.40 per hour with potential commissions or bonuses and benefits.
