Job Summary
Manage customer accounts by processing orders, resolving problems, and scheduling service and delivery. Develop close relationships with customers through proactive sales support, including contacting them to schedule additional services or offer maintenance plans. Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team and refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation. Maintain detail-oriented organization and strong interpersonal communication skills while working directly with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
