Job Summary
Manage customer accounts by processing orders, resolving problems, and scheduling service and delivery appointments. Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team and contact clients to arrange additional services or offer maintenance plans. Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers and refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation. Requires two years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong time management skills. Required Qualifications
