Job Summary
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Croatian while providing outstanding service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction. This bilingual role requires C1/C2 Croatian and B2 English proficiency, with previous customer support experience being a plus. Candidates must be based in Greece or willing to relocate, joining a multicultural team working fully remotely from modern offices. The position offers a competitive salary, up to EUR 300 relocation support, and three weeks of paid hotel accommodation upon arrival.
Required Qualifications
- Croatian proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
