Job Summary
Provide complete and accurate responses to customer requests arriving via telephone and email; process event registrations and product orders (including credit card payments); place outbound calls to satisfy customer service requests and to secure information needed to complete registrations and product orders; generate leads and register Certified Instructors in renewal events; contribute to customer experience improvements and operational efficiency; maintain regular attendance and contribute to team productivity; leverage CPI's CRM, Great Plains, and KMS; familiarity with CPI programs and PCI compliance; support CPI's Instructor Certification Program growth and CI renewals.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of work experience in the customer service industry
- English Language proficiency
- Compassionate individual

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and effective listening skills
- Ability to learn and utilize technical learning
- Ability to prioritize time management skills efficiently
