Job Summary
Onshore remote Customer Support Representative role supporting the State of Indiana. Responsibilities include managing large amounts of incoming phone calls (80 to 100+ per day), identifying client needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships through open communication, providing accurate information using appropriate tools, and maintaining records of interactions. Requires strong phone handling, active listening, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task and manage time, plus empathetic, patient, and client-focused attitude. Working knowledge of computers and MS Office; 1-2 years of phone support experience; Associate’s degree highly desirable.
