Job Summary
Provide professional customer support and prompt account management by answering, screening, and directing phone calls. Assist truck drivers to ensure smooth rapid delivery of products and services. Review and manage customer accounts to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry, while facilitating precise entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs. Partner with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure jobs are completed on time, and filter data based on material pricing structures and specific contract fee requirements. Update purchase orders, material metrics, and cost structures in web-based systems, then prepare final job reports to partner with finance for receipts and payments. This role requires exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to maintain positive customer partnerships within A-Gas Americas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and account management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud-based applications
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and pricing data
- This role is required to be on site in Rhome, TX
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
