Job Summary
Customer Support Representative providing frontline customer service and technical banking support for online banking customers via phone, chat, and email. Responsibilities include resolving account inquiries, balancing statements, investigating issues (Debit Card, deposits, overdraft products), inputting/verifying customer data, and processing requests per established policies. Requires knowledge of banking products, ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and flexible hours including weekends; provides guidance on Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking; reports to Customer Support Supervisor and works in a full-time, in-person capacity at the Gretna, NE location with hybrid options after six months.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or banking experience
- Knowledge of Fiserv internet banking software
