Job Summary
Customer Support Program Engineer to support the Corvette GT3 program within the Competition Engineering Department. Responsibilities include external customer vehicle operation and support, pre-event and at-event vehicle setup and configuration, generation and distribution of pre-event documentation, tracking of vehicle hardware and software updates, post-event reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to derive program-level objectives. Essential skills and knowledge include vehicle dynamics, data acquisition systems, PI Toolbox, Matlab, Python, and Excel; travel is required (40–80 days/year). The role involves interface with suppliers and customers, vehicle data processing, and in-person/offsite testing support, with BS in engineering or equivalent technical background preferred.
