Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for customer support calls, emails, and tickets. Triage and resolve issues related to timekeeping and platform configuration. Log and manage support tickets, maintain response SLAs, and escalate unresolved issues. Communicate with customers with urgency and professionalism. Develop deep knowledge of the Pet Tiger platform, and contribute to the customer knowledge base with FAQs and troubleshooting articles. Engage in sales inquiries and support coordination during the integration period.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of handling phone-based, email, and chat support
- Strong learner able to navigate software platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be located in or able to commute to Fresno, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Technical support and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with agricultural operations
- Experience with HubSpot service hub
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
- Prior exposure to SaaS platforms or B2B software support
