Skills include effective communication, data entry, tool navigation, and knowledge of agency rules for vital records and payments services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college with no back subjects/incomplete units
  • 1 year of BPO experience (voice)
  • Experience with chat and email support a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules and Philippine holidays/overtime
  • No attendance/proximity issues
  • Ability to meet SLA targets
