Job Summary
Deliver technical support to internal teams, elected members, stakeholders and the public; provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day management of enquiries and service requests, including email correspondence, processing insurance claim reports, and maintaining defect and enquiry systems while upholding high standards of customer service. Roles involve 2 x full-time positions (37 hours) or equivalent part-time hours, permanent contract, hybrid working from Scorrier/Home working in Cornwall. Requires experience in admin or customer service, strong communication, organisational and IT skills, and GCSEs including English.
Required Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English
- Experience working as part of an admin or customer service team
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organisational and IT skills
- Ability to manage busy workloads with accuracy, timeliness
