Job Summary
Provide customer service via email, addressing inquiries from customers, underwriters, and agencies regarding product, process, and policy. Manage work allocation, monitor and report inflow of new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements of transactions. Responsibilities include ensuring policies are followed, escalating where appropriate, establishing positive stakeholder relationships, collaborating with other functions to answer questions, maintaining a professional demeanor, processing transactions and reports, assessing document completeness, and performing moderately complex clerical and general office duties while adhering to established policies and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 0-1 year relevant experience
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS tools
