Job Summary
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers across multiple sites, handling bookings and resolving queries with calm, empathy and professionalism. You’ll navigate telephony and CRM systems to understand needs, schedule appointments, meet objectives, and maintain accurate, reliable information. You’ll stay composed under pressure, adapt to change, and collaborate across multi-site teams to deliver a positive customer experience aligned with our values.
Required Qualifications
- Customer de-escalation experience
- CRM confidence
- Fast-paced background in call centres or busy retail floors
- KPI experience
- Strong people skills
- Problem-solving ability

- Attention to detail
