Job Summary
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across multiple sites, handling bookings and resolving queries with calm, warmth and professionalism. You’ll use telephony and CRM systems, de-escalate where needed, meet KPI targets, work well with multi-site teams, learn new systems quickly, and adapt to change while upholding company values. The role requires standard pre-employment checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check) and participation in a Vervoe assessment.
